Why I kept it
An eye-opening account of the École des Houches and how it helped shape generations of researchers, including many Nobel laureates. I have had several conversations with both authors, including at the Mines Paris event on 2 December 2025 with fellow engineers and researchers. My copy is signed by both authors.
